Through his mental conversations, Mr. Green is able to device a rock-solid formula for the process of conning. Throughout this scene, you can see how his Ego is furious that he’s losing control. The film’s rhythm, theme and photography captivated me from the start and has urged me to watch it over and over again and seek to understand it better. We did this because we are you”.

The police investigation is leading nowhere until Jake's name is mentioned and he is brought in for questioning. Jake never meets these two men face to face. Mr. Green is eventually arrested.

As Macha, a decadent, insecure sadist, Mr. Liotta conveys spiritual anguish while clad in bikini briefs and eyeliner, a feat that Ingmar Bergman never asked of Max von Sydow.

Look at the clever boy with the badge, polishing his trophy. However, during the production process, Ritchie changed his mind and decided to score a majority of the film with original music, leaving only some small sections to non-original music tracks (such as the restaurant shoot-out during Lord John's attempted assassination of Dorothy Maccha). Mr. Green (with Avi and Zack) steals both the drugs and the money. Those source tracks would all have been classical in nature.
