Great environment to work, especially if you work at a department with young people, and its your first job. Delegation of responsibilities makes you take a leading role as soon as you're hired
It is unfortunate, but I wouldn’t recommend a long-term professional engagement with the OAS to anybody at this time. none, it was a fulfilling experience all the way around. I have never experienced the level of abuse that goes on here on a daily basis. There’s a widespread feeling that these abuses go unpunished by the institutional authorities, which makes things even worse for those who dare to denounce them.
