So, thank you! That was the only thing different though. Healthy, extra fudgy, and gluten free! For those looking for keto avocado brownies, I believe you’ll need to play around with a different sweetener. Also, both times I made this, I ended up having to bake it for about 35 mins, not 20. (Don't overmix.).

If you prefer to use completely unsweetened baker's chocolate, it should work, but you'll need to increase the granulated sweetener to taste. Microwave chocolate in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min., stirring after 1 min.

Thanks for all your hard work!! – I don’t have a food processor or blender but I managed to get it all homogenous using a stick blender and a whisk. At the same time, the cocoa powder and chocolate are powerful enough to mask its flavor. Hoping it doesn’t ruin my brownies!
If you’re going to make desserts with avocado, you really need to increase the sweeteners or else it’s way too bitter. Do you think I can use them as a base for a cheesecake? Hi Laura, If they are dry, it means you over baked them. I definitely don’t recommend chocolate chips with maltitol. I just tried my hand at making these, and although my food processor is a bit smaller than I’d like, I made it work and the brownies came out great! I made these a week or so ago and am just now getting around to saying a great big “thank you”! You didn’t say what kind of stevia you used, but if it was powder it’s likely very concentrated and would change the batter consistency from the original recipe too.
