Well, comes to find out a week later my sister gets a call from a lady (new guest of the hotel staying in the room) stating that she found the purse (in the EXACT location my sister said it was to security, in which they swore up and down wasn't there) and is turning it into the lost and found at the hotel. Computershare I will admit that there are many times in which these steps need to be taken to protect guests; however, it does not seem to be the case that guests are protected in such unfair circumstances from resort employees. We were told that it was private property, that they did not need to disclose a reason for our eviction, but that we could subpoena that information if needed.
